Class Description

Freestyle & parkour is all about freedom and self-expression through movement.  Do you want to leap across a giant drop like

it’s not there, sprint up a wall and perform the most epic flip off? Are you a show-off? Yeah, maybe a little – but isn’t that the point? 

There are no rules or competitions for this group, once our gymnasts have been led through the basics by our coaches 

then THEY make the rules. Gymnasts will learn the tricks and skills they want to learn, express themselves how they want to 

and get creative with new ways to challenge themselves.
