Intermediate Class
(Replacing previous ‘intermediate & recreational classes)
Places will be offered to gymnasts working towards current badge scheme badges 1 & all bronze badges.
This will be the next step in any recreational gymnast’s journey. The key foundations of advanced skills on all apparatus will be developed here. At this vital stage in their development, gymnasts will be encouraged to really explore advanced styles of movement such as flipping, tumbling, twisting, and really building the strength and flexibility to be able to take their gymnastic to the next level.
